Solemn Legal is operating from Simla or Shimla, a small town, basically popular as a tourism or vacation destination.  In 1864, Shimla was declared as the summer capital of British India. After independence, the city became the capital of East Punjab and was later made the capital city of Himachal Pradesh. There is presence of   majority business houses in retail or service sector. With the implementation of GST, private as well as government sector became responsible for compliances.
